Coverpoint is delivered through a trusted and secure web based system that delivers the entire end to end insurance process electronically.
Coverpoint handles all the required policy, rating, quoting, documentation, digital signing, claims, electronic direct debits and payments for all premiums and commissions.
All documents issued include a digital signature, generated by using an EU compliant qualified Digital Certificate. This provides the necessary certainty of the identity of the organisation issuing the document, non-repudiation of the document's existence and full confidence and audit trail that this document has not changed or been altered in transit over an unsecure network (the internet). This provides legally binding Contract Certainty.
Coverpoint uses managed identity service to guarantee the identity of all participants and authorise the electronic payments through BACSTEL-IP. Coverpoint is offered as an online service with integrated electronic payments, complete audit trail, online management and reporting.
